We were asked by the Cumbria Soaring Club to create a beer for their charity event.
We created a light refreshing 4% abv beer using a single hop variety to show the beautiful characteristic of the hop, giving a citrus aroma. The beer has been very well received and has now become a regular summer special.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 6.5
Cask (@Dog & Gun,Keswick): Deep golden, small white head, leaving a good lace; delicate to moderate fruity (pears) and hoppy nose with a light malty background; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; slightly lingering lemony-hoppy finish with a bitter aftertaste. Not earthshaking, but still decent....
