Cask @ Wetherspoons, MK. Tan/golden with a decent creamy head. Sulphurous and woody notes in the aroma. Taste starts a bit sweet then descends into sulphurous bitter. Bitter slightly acrid aftertaste, but there’s a really lively chestnutty taste in there. Not really my thing, but a cut above most ’Burton-y’ bitters. A good balance and decent flavour for its ABV.
