Made over the yeast cake of our Tripel Bale, our brewer created a true-to-category Trappist-style Dubbel characterized by notes of caramel, malt, and fruity esters reminiscent of ripe banana. Leading with a creamy thick head of foam, Dubbel Down is balanced with a soft mouthfeel, finishing long and dry.
