Almost clear amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of caramelized malt, clove and yeast. Taste of caramelized banana, yeast and clove.

Draught @ GEIB, Grande Esposizione Italiane della Birra 2012, Nuova Fiera di Roma, via Portuense 1645, Rome, Italy 00100.Hazy - murky matt medium amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, caramel, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, phenol, banana, weizen yeast. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, phenol, fruity, banana. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20121215]
