Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sour apples, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apples, wrinkled sour yellow apples, vinegar notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat flat.
