The namesake of our hometown, Garret Dorset Wall was a military officer and Senator from New Jersey. At Bakes, we simply refer to him as “The General.” This delicious, bold Double IPA is brewed with a blend of American and New Zealand hops. We increased the hopping rate on this guy, and it is simply drinking incredibly off of the tank samples.

Draft at Bakes, 6/28/24. Hazy yellowish-orange, foamy/frothy white head. Bright peach, mango, melon. Bit of lychee and papaya. Smooth, somewhat sweet, but still balanced. Really tasty. 9/4/9/4/17
