Our Belgian Tripel is light and easy drinking. With a thick and pillowy head, the Westmalle Abbey yeast performs the heavy lifting, leading to a pleasant floral aroma. Barley, wheat, and oats provide a fuller body and smooth mouthfeel, as well as some opacity. The use of orange peel and coriander seed introduce a light, citrusy finish to our three-grain Tripel.
