Made to honor our friend's Scottish heritage, Duncan McCaskill was a world-famous bagpiper. The complex grain bill lends flavors of toffee, caramel, chocolate, and licorice. The light malt sweetness subdues the 9.5% ABV in our silky Wee Heavy, where EKG, Fuggle, and Northern Brewer lend a hint of hop bitterness.

Draft at Flounder, 3/31/24. Darker orange color, beige head. Sweet, heavy malty. Caramel and toffee. Bread and grains. Bit of booze. 7/4/7/4/15
