A cold IPA combines the crispness of a lager with a west coast style IPA. The use of rice and pilsner malt give it a light, crisp body and let the hops shine through. This style is fermented with lager yeast, resulting in a clean, brisk finish. Our cold IPA is dry hopped with a new experimental hop variety HBC1019, which imparts flavors of melon, peaches and tropical fruits with a citrusy aroma.

Draft at Hamilton , 3/2/24. Mostly clear darker golden, white head, moderate lace. Citrus forward. Sweet grains and bread with some pine and melon. Decent. 7/4/7/3/14
