Introducing Mays Landing Imperial IPA, a close encounter of the hoppiest kind! ?

Prepare for a taste bud abduction that is out of this world with our latest celestial creation, named after the legendary landing spot of flavor-seeking aliens in the heart of New Jersey.

We’ve harnessed the power of the cosmos to deliver an IPA that’s boldly hoppy, yet as smooth as a spacecraft’s glide through the stratosphere.

Mays Landing was brewed with a base of extra pale premium pilsner malt layered with plenty of protein-rich wheat malt and fluffy oats.

We added Cascade hops to the mash, Cryo Citra hops to the whirlpool, Cryo Cashmere hops for the first dry hop, and a blend of Citra and El Dorado for the second dry hop.

This hoppy brew pours a beautifully hazy, light yellow-orange hue into a glass and forms a head of aromatic white foam that beckons you with a radiant bouquet of juicy citrus and stone fruits.

Whether you’re an intergalactic hophead or an Earthling seeking an otherworldly taste sensation, Mays Landing is your ticket to a flavor adventure that’s light-years ahead of the rest. Cheers to a taste that’s truly “out there”!

We get notes of juicy tangerines, sliced Alphonso mango, peach ring gummies, watermelon, nectarines, lime Starburst candies

Draft at the Source, 10/13/23. Hazy yellowish-orange, white head, strong lace. Juicy, strawberry, mango, and candied stone fruit. Fairly sweet. Nice stuff.
