Brewed with Italian Heirloom Barley | Featuring the Hops Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Saaz, & Tettnanger
Introducing Pista Pilsner - where Italian finesse meets the racetrack of flavor, and every sip is a thrilling journey on the taste tarmac.
Pista Pilsner is a symphony of Italian craftsmanship and precision brewing - a beer that’s been finely tuned for ultimate performance.
We brewed this light-bodied golden lager with premium barley malt that was grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice, lending its own unique Italian terroir to this tasty, delicate beer.
Pista Pilsner was hopped in the mash, at first wort collection, and several times throughout the boil and whirlpool with a variety of European noble hops, including Czech Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, and German Tettnanger.
After a cool fermentation with a classic lager yeast strain, Pista Pilsner was dry hopped with Saaz and then conditioned cold for months in a horizontal lagering tank.
Pista Pilsner pours with brilliant clarity and develops a gorgeous head of frothy white foam that laces the glass with each swig.
With a body as light as a featherweight boxer, it glides across your palate with the grace of a beautiful red Ferrari hugging the curves of a racetrack.
We get notes of bready malt, bright and zesty lemon mist, biscuit, peppercorn crusted cracker, fresh cedar, honey, and a gentle breeze through a thriving herb garden.

Draft at the Source, 10/13/23. Clear gold, foamy white head. Nice bready, herbal, and grassy aroma. It is clean and dry. Maybe a touch thin, but tasty overall. 8/4/7/4/16
