Cask (handpump) @ The 18th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2012, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, ginger. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, peppery - ginger, spicy - chrispy hops, spicy, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120503]

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild ginger, honey, hops and some slight sweet maltyness. Flavour is floral, fruity and mild honeyish and bready notes.
