Brewed with our friends at Beergarden in Eugene, Beergarden bramble is a blend of sour ales aged in french oak and then re-fermented on blackberries and finished in Ransom Old Tom Gin Barrels. Inspired by a classic blackberry bramble cocktail. Has a botanical mix of juniper, cardamom and citrus.

Draft at Beergarden; this beer was made for them. Hazy orange amber color scant head. Aroma of vinous plums and raisins. Taste is tannic and softly sour dark fruit and port wine. Complex, characterful and tasty

500 ml bottle from John, 12/8/23. Thanks John! Clear pinkish-red color, fizzy beige head that dissipates quickly down to nothing. Berries, wood, gin, citrus, and spice. Herbal and slightly medicinal. Tart and a little sweet. Flavorful and interesting stuff.
