It’s amazing to see the continual evolution of IPA. The way “West Coast” IPA was once defined has changed to more of an “American” IPA, and “West Coast” IPA is now a modern take on the traditional, which is still bright, yet not as rich in color, a soft bitterness, and most notably, a lot more room to play with a wide range of hops.
Alas, you have Feed Me, our modern west coast IPA, coming in at 6.8% and using Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin in primary fermentation and double dry-hopped in secondary, then finished off with a dose of Nelson hop kief in the bright tank.

Draft at AE, 10/24/23. Can from AE, 11/3/23 (canned 10/24/23). Exciting new release for the 3rd Anniversary, and the beer used to christen my 3rd Anniversary glass. Mostly clear gold color with a nice froth of white head. Grapefruit and stone fruit, with a good bit of resin (more pine-forward on draft). Drinks a little sweet, very clean. Fruity and bright. Lots of flavor. Solidly bitter on the close, but not to the classic West Coast level. Tasty.
