Brewed with 100% Pilsner malt, Saaz hops and one of our favorite lager yeasts. Then cold conditioned for an extended period of time to give it a crisp and snappy finish. Notes of subtle citrus, spicy Saaz, light malt and breadcrumbs.

Draft at Paragon, 9/22/23. Clear pour. White head. Light, spotty lace. Grains, grass, earth. Super clean. Fairly dry. Crushable.

On tap at brewery. Number one with a bullet. Bright honey gold pour. Small creamy beige head. Earthy, grainy malt aroma hints at clover. Flavor is grainy malt, earthy, herbal hops with a buttery quality. Bitter hop finish is enduring.
