Water, German malted barley, noble hops, yeast, and water
Papapils is our unfiltered German-style pilsner. It also represents the inaugural brew by Eredità. This beer is the culmination of perseverance and self-reflection, and its genesis was driven by the loss of our father, who was our greatest supporter. Pilsner was his favorite style of beer, and as a result, crafting a beer he would have enjoyed was paramount to this recipe, and our tribute to him.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: clear golden yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which sat around for a little bit before gently dissipating and leaving some light lace
Aroma: sweet cracker to cereal grains with super subtle lemony hop tones and a little bit of freshly cut grassy hop notes
Flavor: does pretty well to combine the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet crackery malty and hoppy toned vibe; finishes smooth and malty sweet
Texture: light to medium bodied; pretty sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue; good carb level
Overall: nicely done German pilsener I believe I would return to.

Aromas are malt, cereal, crackers and spices. Flavors are similar to nose and lightly sweet with decent carbonation and body.

Draft at Paragon, 9/8/23. Clear gold, white head, light lace. Bright and grassy. Tons of flavor. Giving me some New Zealand hop vibes on a rather tasty German Pils base. Really nice stuff. 9/4/9/4/17
