Taste is tart, funky, bretty, dry oaky, fruity, subtle residual sweetness, notes of yellow stone fruit, unripe peach, apricot, quince, a zesty touch of orange, gosseberry, white grapes, white pepper, blue cheese, a touch of citric acid. Complex if not complicated, not the easiest to drink.
