Bottle at the Bach, Dundee.
Appearance - golden and clear. A little light suds.
Nose - lovely Brett wood and feels more elderflower than grapefruit.
Taste - some grapefruit but mainly barrel funk and a general waxy lemon feel.
Palate - medium bodied, texture, tangy and sour. Good linger.
Overall - great atuff!

500ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy fading, white head. Funky yeasty and fruity aroma, hints of grapefruit, grapefruit peel, some mustard, a touch of tarragon. Taste is sour, fruity, zesty bitter and funky yeasty, notes of grapefruit, grapefruit peel, a lactic touch of sauerkraut. Watery texture, astringent palate, prickly carbonation. Too sour for my personal liking.
