We brewed this light blonde ale to be easy-drinking and reminiscent of crisp, classic light pilsners popular throughout America.
Pork-Chop Express is named after the big rig from the movie “Big Trouble in Little China,” the all-American fantasy/martial arts classic. Its an all American Beer for the All American Hero, Jack Burton.
We brewed this ale with a Pilsner-esque malt build, and cold fermented it—keeping it at 60 degrees Fahrenheit, instead of the usual 68 degrees with our house yeast strain.
We hope you’ll stop by our taprooms soon to try out this light blonde ale-perfect for a hot summer day ?
We shook the Pillars of Heaven with this one!
