This was served from a cask. Unfiltered and cloudy. Almost looks like a dunkel weizen. Off yellow and almost brown in appearance. Aroma is mild perfumy hops. At room temp, this stuff is fairly hoppy but not quite as hoppy as expected. Almost like an IPA but never quite gets there. Quite flat as with most cask served beers. Has the impression of chewing on some green grapefruit rinds. Overall a little more hoppy than my girlie taste buds can enjoy. Typical APA and leaves a slight bitterness on the palate after the finish.
