33 cl bottle @ home, ”sell by 08/2014”
Flavour has gluey notes, fruity hops, some candy cone and caramel. Flavour is hoppy and sweet with glue, fruity tones, some baking stuff and caramel. Also alcohol is present. Too much glue here.

330ml bottle from Impexbeer

SELL BY 08/2014 - Pours dark amber orange with a tiny bubbly head. Aroma of juicy fruity hoppiness, yeast, toffee, fudge and caramely notes. Taste is sweet, malty and hoppy with loads of bitterness, sweet caramel, toffee and juicy notes. Finish is sweet, slightly boozy and malty and juicy with loads of hops, sweet caramel and yeasty toffee notes. A bit unbalanced, a tad too sweet and malty and the hoppiness is more subtle than expected.

At a tasting, thanks DSG, ckear quite deep red colour, aroma of jam, lemon, biscuit, nuts and very ripe oranges, flavour of jam, butterscotch, lemon drops and flowers, bitter but overpowered by an extremely strong sweetness. Fair but unbalanced and quite hard to drink.

Bottle shared at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks Alex420 for this bottle! Clear amber color. Aroma of malt, caramel, cookie-ish notes, some piney hops, slightly stale, and a bit of alcohol. Sweet malty and alcoholic flavor with caramel, cookies, jam and a bitter alcoholic finish. Medium to full-bodied, oily mouthfeel.

Bottle shared at a CBC - Clerkenwell Sunday Tasting, London - thanks to whoever brought this one! Pours clear copper with a light, white foam head. Big and sweet, lots of ripe orange, toasty sugars, old pine. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Warm and sticky finish, loads of heavy resinous pine, thick mango, papaya and grapefruit. Sweet and piney. Plenty of ripe citrus. Good if a touch too bold.

Amber golden color. Caramel and grapefruit citrus hops dominate the nose. Very big, mildly sweet. Very big, but not unbalanced or horrible. Not my type of IIIPA as it is too much of everything. Still for 13% IIIIIIIIIIIIPA it holds together well.
