Stronger ale aroma, with sweet olfactory impact. Ubiquitous pale yellow american lager color but ever so slightly hazy. The first taste is earthy, wet hay and medium low carbonation. Slight sour hints are prevelant. I could be mistaken but I think it makes me think a little bit of the flavor or Corsy. Not overpowering. Not quite as refined as a wheat beer should be. Comes across more like a german hefe. Hides the alcohol well. Overall a decent wheat beer with a unique flavor. However, does not stand up to the likes of Hoegaarden.

Sampled on draft a the brewery this beer poured a cloudy pale golden color with a small white head. The aroma was spicy, fruity and sweet. The flavor was very spicy, lemony and wheaty. The coriander spiciness really lingers on the palate. This is probably the spiciest Belgian Wit I have ever encountered - in a good way. The beer was rather robust and flavorful.
