Cask (handpump) @ Rat & Ratchet (Ossett), 40 Chapel Hill, West Yorkshire, Huddersfield, England HD1 3EB.Clear medium to dark amber colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light roasted and caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily and smooth, carbonation is soft to flat.
