Darker than your typical APA and a bit cloudy too. A bit piney or sprucy in the aroma. Has that bitter IPA flavor we are all familiar with, probably should be rated as an IPA. Hoppy taste that just will not quit. Good, grapefruit rind flavors. Bitter back of the throat taste that lasts and lasts and lasts. This brew is a little less acrid sharp than the Paleo IPA, but still has that IPA oppressiveness. IPA lovers, get a growler of this stuff to try.
