Polycask @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Merry Moon Lunatickle Medium Cider (4) ].ABV: 6.4%. Unclear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, horse blanket. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, apple, sweet apples, tart apple notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Bag in a box at The Berry, Walmer, Kent. Haze, gold/green colour. Good green apple with some yeast. Very good in mouth, a little sweetness, but smooth as hell. Good building acid/tannin. Merry Moon make their cider on the East Stour kit.
