On tap @ Artigiano in Fiera 2015, Milano. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è discreta. Il cappello di schiuma è abbondante con bollicine fini e carbonazione ben fornita. Il liquido si produce in una frizzantezza da bollicine fini. La consistenza è nuvolosa. Il colore è giallo torbido. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile. L’amaro è medio mentre il salato è carico. L’intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è godereccio, voluttuoso ed estremo. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di birra impegnativa. Il retrogusto è persistente.
