Bottle @ Home. Light gusher that pours golden orange with a fading offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, yeast, light dusty cardboard notes, little fruit. Flavor is sweet, malt, yeasty, caramel, sweet fruit. Thin to medium body, average to lively carbonation, sweet finish. 241119

Bottle 500ml.[ Trade by Papsoe ]. Clear medium amber orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, riped fruit, fruity, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, caramel, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation looks flat, but is fizzy. IMO. nothing to do with a mild ! [20130131]

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruit ymalty yeasty hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish with weak hoppy hints.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a creamy off-white head. Malty, caramellish aroma. Medium body, caramel, a slight fustiness and close to no hops. Mild Ale? Not really, sort of an Amber. 110113
