Our take on a farmhouse style beer with a nice, light body and packed full of flavors. We used local honey to bring out a slight sweetness. The honey also helps to round out the peppery flavors from the yeast. Smooth and easy drinking but watch out for the alcohol in this one!

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow color with a large creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of bread, citrus, banana and herbal hops. The taste is bread, berries, banana, bubblegum, spice, mild herbal hops. Medium bodied, lingering spiciness, fant heat.

White grape funk aroma. Cloudy golden with a greenish hue, medium head. Sweet candi, lemon, white grape. A little boozy and quite cloying. Medium body.

Had this on draft as part of the sampler at the Wild Wolf brewpub. Poured a medium-yellow color with a mostly white head. Aroma was some slight spice notes, with some sweet notes that was pretty enjoyable on the nose. Flavor was pretty good, some spice notes and some light dry notes from the honey.
