An American style India Pale Ale made with imported English Pale and Crystal malts along with imported German Vienna and Munich malts, this is a light copper ale fermented with our house ale yeast strain. The kettle addition hops used were American grown Centennial hops and then the beer was dry hopped post fermentation with the same. Light, juicy malt notes with a pleasant piney and light lemon hop flavor coming in around 54 IBUs.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a thin creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of herbal, tropical and floral hops. The taste is citrus, herbal and floral hops, pale malts and a bitter finish. Light bodied.

Pint pour from draft. Very light body, with a nice medium sized white head. Aroma was, a touch disappointing, not bad, but underwhelming. Flavor was too, but.... as I drank it I realized they weren’t going for their overly hop forward, crazy brews I normally get from them (Orange Whip anyone?) so while it wasn’t what I expected, it was good for what it was. Probably best for people who like some hop, but don’t like hop bombs.
