A 12 oz can from the local beer shop recently . This go around I will be using my Buffalo Bayou tulip glass and I make the pour. I view a semi-clear gold-yellow liquid carrying a large fluffy head of absolutely white foam. Pleasant nose right off, there is nectarines, citrus, a touch of hops and floral. The drink is all right enough, rather easy to drink. Lemons, a decent hoppy bitterness, a bit of honey and straw. Not great, not bad either.

On tap at Fire in the Hole, Round Rock. Clear gold with a small white head fading gradually to a sheet leaving patchy lace. Nose is muted light caramel with a medium- citrus. Light sweet malts with a medium bitterness. Medium slick mouth with average carbonation and a long bitter finish. 7/3+/6+/3/14

Can, thanks to Drunksanta410. Clear golden with large foamy off-white head, very faint citrus peel aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter floral citrusy hops taste, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Nice West Coast style IPA.

Poured from can thanks Dain golden pour with a nice white head. Aromas of caramel malt bread citrus and pine. Taste is bitter pine some citrus and malt. --- Beer merged from original tick of Mama Tried India Pale Ale on 19 Feb 2017 at 20:59 - Score: 5
