Bottle (thaks to joss!) Golden with a greenish sheen, almost clear, bigger fluffy white head; light lemony-sourish flavour with a sweetish-grainy background; light sweetish-sourish flavour, quite light bodied; a faint hoppy-bitter touch in the sweet-fruity finish. Drinkable........

(bottle) Hazy, yellow colour with a big and loose foamy white head. Light-sweet grainy and wheaty nose with citrus-fruity and faint flowery notes. Light-sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly grainy wheat-malty taste with a moderate fruit character; almost dry and a bit slim finish with a shy fruity acidity and bitter tart notes. Not necessarily the wheat beer the world is waiting for (17.III.09).

Bottle. Cloudy, neon yellow - supposed to be their Kristall, and at first I thought it was as it poured clearly, but it torns out the yeast just has good floccolation and sticks to the bottom. Pretty bright white iceberg head. Light wheaty aroma. Vanilla, wheat, light banana notes. Medium body, sparkly chewyness. pleasant enough.
