tap at ølsnedkeren long time ago. clear dark borwn, small white head. nice flowery aroma. falvor is bitter malty, nutty, faint caramelly.

Draught @ Ølsnedkeren, Griffenfeldsgade 52, DK-2200 Copenhagen, Denmark.Clear medium red brown - amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, apple, light roasted. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, apple, dark malt, wood, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120912]

On tap. Slightly hazy reddish amber with a small off-white head. First a little greasy in the nose, then a vaguely sweetish oaky touch. Quite rich in body, sweet caramel and overripe fruit and then again this raw oaky note. Subdued bitterness. 190912
