It has been a long process developing Okkara Cider. We have taken pains to make a cider that is refreshing and easy to drink, with just the right effervescence, and a harmony of sweetness and sourness from the apples. KRS 111014. Yellow/ Clear colour with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, citrus, sugar. Flavour is apple, sugar, citrus, lime, lemon. Boring cider.

Can. It pours almost colorless, clear and with some white bubbles on top. The aroma is mostly sweetish canned apples and pears, with white sugar. It’s sweet and sodapop-ish on the palate, except there’s less carbonation. Soft, medium to thin. Sweet sugary canned apple flavor and finish. Well, it doesn’t taste bad, but still it’s not a drink I could repeat. 141011

Can 330ml.Clear light light yellow colour almost crystal clear colour like water, with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully to mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate sugary, apple syrup, artificial apple, apple - pear, champagne brus ice. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sugary, pera - apple, champagne brus ice. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is fizzy. Infact i did like it a bit because i did remind me about one of my favorit ices as a kind champagne brus. [20130104]
