Continental Drift is a collaboration between Florida’s Cigar City Brewing and California’s Knee Deep Brewing Co. For this collab, we wanted to turn the whole continent on its ear and brew a West Coast-style IPA in Florida and an East Coast-style IPA in California. This beer is unique in that it uses hops processed in four different ways: extract, pellets, whole leaf, and lupulin powder. These diverse hop formats create more hop complexity.
TASTING NOTES
Bright berry, tangerine and candied orange hop aroma is accentuated by a peachy ester quality on the nose. Bready malt flavor and moderate residual sweetness balance an assertive but tempered bitterness and stone fruit flavor.

23.09.2016, tap @ Borefts:
Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is kind of strange grassy, weeds, flowers, hay, worth, moss, minerals, bark, hops. Taste is slightly concentrated harsh grass, weeds, leafs, bark, hay, minerals, moss, hops, light malts, cardboard. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh and watery mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.

Very nice! -- [Note: not sure whether this was actually the beer we had, but since everyone has entered their ratings here I will do so as well untill told otherwise]
