La Monflowers è una birra ispirata alle blanche belghe, prodotta con malto d’orzo, segale, frumento non maltato e un elegante mix di spezie e fiori del Monferrato. Si presenta di colore biondo pallido, con schiuma bianca aderente. Al naso è incredibilmente variegata, porta con sè i profumi della primavera, di campi in fiore. Note di coriandolo, arancia, pesca, lavanda si combinano alle note mielate dei malti e alle sfumature di frumento e segale, per un birra incredibilmente complessa ed incredibilmente bevibile.

Il gusto al naso riconosce il frumento. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata. La continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. La carbonazione rientra nella media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza. Anche qui la stessa carbonazione nella media. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sono di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta note di pane, frumento e agrumi.

Draught@HBF2013. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, wheaty and also has some slight acidic and spicy notes to it. Flavour is spices, wheat, citrus and some mild toffee. Balanced, but more caramelly and toffeeish than your normal wit.

Pours yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma of soapy fruits, spices, hints of yeast. Taste is refreshing, floral and fruity with notes of soap and spices. Finish is sweetish and floral with hints of fruits. Quite soapy and floral wit.
