Our version of Blue Moon or Allagash White; this is a classic Belgian Witbier with a little twist. Here we married an old-world beer with some new world hops, by adding some Pacific Jade hops into the mix. This ale is brewed with copious amounts of unmalted wheat, bitter orange peel, and a hint of coriander.

On tap at the brewery taproom. Unclear pale golden coloured, small white head, mild oranges in the nose. Citrusy, mild wheaty, light oranges and discreet spicy with bitterish finish.
