On tap at the Brewpub. Trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, bananig. Geschmack hefig, bananig fruchtig, minimal würzig.

Schöner, cremig-beständiger Schaum. Der Antrunk ist mild-laff-wässrig. Im Hauptteil wird das Bier komisch-muffig, und leicht herb-bitter. Schlecht zu beschreiben, aber irgendwie komisch! Modriges Holz, verrottendes Gras. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang herb anhaltend und sehr modrig-muffig! --> komisches Weizen – nicht so meins. (Test vom 29.7.2008) --> 12,7,10,5,12,7 - 7,90

Draught @ Brauhaus Castel, Otto-Suhr Ring 27, Mainz-Kastel, Hesse, Germany 55252.Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, light yeast, light banana, paper notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, yeast, fruity, rubber and paper notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20121001]

Golden pour, fairly cloudy, small white head. Banana is strong in the aroma. The taste is like it smells, with a strong addition of wheat flavor. A fairly good hefeweizen.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is banana fruity and slight citrusy and estery. Dry, estery and fruity banana flavoured. Bitter and estery finish.

Bottled@Helsinki Beer Festival 2011. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, fruits, some toffee and mild notes of herbs. Flavour is quite much the same in a nice balance. Not all too sweet, which makes it quite enjoyable.

50cl bottle @HBF 2011. Poured hazy orange with a frothy white head. Wheat and citrus in aroma. Flavor was bubblegum, candylike, yeast and banana. Really nice hefeweizen, refreshing brew.
