Cask (gravity) @ Hop Pole Inn, [ Hop Pole Beer Festival & Aylesbury Brewhouse Grand Opening 2011 ], 83 Bicester Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England HP19 9AZ.Clear medium amber brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, light hoppy, sweet fruit, sour fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111204]

Cask at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury. Clear nut brown. An aroma that is part bready, part viola, part phenols and part spicy hops. Mid sweet with doughy malt and bold mouthfeel. Fairly low bitterness. Interesting but heavy footed.
