Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, light hoppy, sweet fruit, sour fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Cask at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury. Clear nut brown. An aroma that is part bready, part viola, part phenols and part spicy hops. Mid sweet with doughy malt and bold mouthfeel. Fairly low bitterness. Interesting but heavy footed.
