The taste is refreshing and slightly sour, but contains enough malt sweetness to make it balanced and refreshing. The bitterness is very restrained, but the interaction with the acidity gives an extremely well-balanced beer.

On tap. "Comes as 'Surt Sour'. Pours a hazy golden with an off-white head. Sweet banana aroma with a distinct edge of diacetyl. Medium body, sweet banana aroma with notes of yeast and again distinct diacetyl. Absolutely no bitterness - and even less sourness. 160325
