On tap at the Brewpub. Dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkronne. Geruch röstmalzig, Karamell, leicht schokoladig. Geschmack röstmalzig, schokoladig, minimal würzig.

Süß-säuerlicher Geruch, schöne, leicht trübe bernstein-braune Farbe. Sehr interessanter Antrunk - erst säuerlich-neutral und dann entfaltet sich innerhalb weniger Sekunden ein richtig vollmundiger, süffig-cremiger, aber nach diesem Antrunk erschlagender Hauptteil. Säuerliche Röstmalzaromen, cremiger Kaffee mit cremiger Milchschokolade. Komplexe, leckere Aromen. Der Nachgeschmack ist langanhaltend, schön ausgewogen röstmalzig-herb und schön nach Espresso mit Schokolade.
