A hazed orange amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a nice fruity pungeant hops, resinous, earthy and lightly funky. In mouth, a nice biscuitty malt with fragrant hops, well balanced and pleasant, grapefruit notes, piney, quite nice. On tap at Foothills Brewing Company, August 13 2011.

Served on draft at Amos Howards on 4/7/11. Pours a slightly hazy yellow amber color with a thin offwhite head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of very bitter hops... earthy, citrus and resiny notes with a good malty balance. Lingering bitterness. Medium bodied.

Aroma: Fruity and caramel

Ok, easy drinking. I would have never guessed the high IBU that’s listed, I didn’t think it was very hoppy.

Growler pour courtesy of jcwattsrugger. Pours clear deep gold with impressive tall firm head. The aroma is full and bold with drool inducing spicy hops, some white wine notes and firm hop earthiness. The taste is solid rich yummy IPA that I could drink all night. I get firm spicy hops, earthy hops and herbally hops as well as a sliver of malt sweetened citrus and followed up by near robust pine hoppy goodness into the finish. Wow! Well done.
