Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is floral hop and citrus. Medium mouth with nice hop bite, juicy, simcoe, and nice lingering bitter finish. Very nice.

On tap @ Olde Hickory. Pours a hazy yellow orange appearance with a white head. Sticky, piney hops. Fair amount of grapefruit in the aroma. Kind of goopy mouth feel. Dank hops. Quite sticky. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Wish it didn’t have quite as much malt presence but still pretty good.

Bottle at RBWG. Pours clear, rich gold with a fine, white foam head. Lots of rich orange, light pine, mellow pale malt sweetness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous finish, some good work happening.

22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has loads of fruity juicy hops, a generous caramel malt backbone, and resin. Flavour is super pungent with truckloads of piney and resinous hops, and just enough caramel malt backbone to hold things together. Extraordinarily hoppy, with a big puckering blast to the palate, with a medium astringency on the finish. Nice and dry, but also juicy. A most fantastic near-double IPA.

Pours deep amber into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Deep resin aromas. Well balanced with sweet deep caramel upfront turning to pine before the lasting grapefruit finish.

Bomber from Bruisin Ales. Pours clear copper with a creamy/foamy near-beige head. Aroma is mixed floral/grapefruit over a shy caramel backbone. Med body. The hop is definitely mixed. It’s strong. The grapefruit rind tends to dominate, but I think there’s plain old citrus and some floral. Probably resin, given the impact on the mouth. Won’t need embalming after this. Purely preserving ale. Finishes flashily bitter. 108 IBUs! Brilliant.

This pours mostly clear light gold with a tall, sticky, white head. The aroma is all hops, pine and citrus. The flavor is mostly all a light bitterness. A hint of sweetness comes just before the dry finish kicks in but you won’t find it lingering around for long before the bitter finishes.
