Nice looking clea rgold with a frothy/bubbly white head. Sweet cereal on the nose, light and fresh, a hint of citrus sweetness with the cereal malt taste

From tap at the brewery. Light unclear golden color with white head. Malty aroma, light hop notes, grass, grain, citrus. Sweet and light bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bernstein-helle Farbe, leicht trüb im Glas. Frisch-säuerlicher Duft. Der Antrunk ist frisch-süffig-säuerlich, zum Hauptteil kommt eine leichte Herbe hinzu, zusammen mit angenehmer Hefigkeit, die sich aber sehr im Hintergrund hält. --> ein sehr schön mildes und frisches Bier, sehr süffig! Draught @ Brauhaus Castel, Otto-Suhr Ring 27, Mainz-Kastel, Hesse, Germany 55252.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt. light bitter. light hoppy, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, malty, grass - fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121001]
