(Can) Pours hazy yellow straw with big fluffy white head. Spicey, peppery aroma with earthy hints. Great palate; plenty of soft carbonation. Peppery spice is dominant in the taste. There’s some nice citrus notes at the start and in the mid palate. The finish is long a bitter, in a good way, with just a hint of oranges. Not an easy drinking beer, but a tasty interesting beer.

Pours gold, small quickly fading head.Nose shows doughy wheat characters, soft farmhouse notes, faint white wine-like notes.Similar flavours, more doughy and cidery/wine-like notes. Finishes very dry.
