Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 9 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
(On tap) Black with tan head. Aroma of chocolate, oak, vinous notes. Medium body with good bright carbonation. Complex rich challenging taste. Balance of sour vinous, oaky, and rich chocolate and nuts with some funky and even cheesy notes. Sounds odd but it all works together really well.
