Lampuoti on punaruskea, amerikkalaistyylinen ale, jonka aromihumaloinnissa on käytetty Amarillo-humalaa, joka yhdessä amerikkalaistyyppisen kuivahiivan kanssa antaa Lampuoti-oluelle helposti aistittavan aromin.
Lampuotin raaka-ainena on käytetty suomalaisia ohramaltaita, englantilaista ja amerikkalaista humalaa sekä lähdevettä.
Lampuoti on pienpanimossa perinteitä vaalien käsityönä pantua olutta, jonka kantavierrepitoisuus on 11%, lopullinen uutepitoisuus on 2,5% ja alkoholipitoisuus 4,6%
Nauttiessasi Lampuotia saat sen maun ja aromin parhaiten esille tarjoamalla sen oikeasta olutlasista 13-15 celsius-asteisena.

Aroma has peaches, resiny malt and some fruits. Also hints of grapefruit. Foamy and creamy palate. Flavour is a bit tart with grapefruit, lactic tones and biscuits. Also some caramel tones. Aroma was ok but flavour is a bit contaminated. Drinkable anyway.

Draught @ SOPP Helsinki 2012, Finland.Unclear medium amber - orange colour with a average, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, grass, citrus, riped fruit, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, riped fruit - orange. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120726]

Draught at SOPP, Helsinki. Hazy pale amber, small head. Fruity hay aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Some lemon yoghurt on the perception horizon disturbs slightly. Quite bitter finish.

Draught @ SOPP 2012. Hazy orange, lasting white head. Aroma: slightly sour, hoppy fruity, yeasty. Flavor has citrus, metal, yeast and ripe fruits. Perhaps not in best shape. Weird, but drinkable.

Draught@brewpub (2010 rating). Hazy orangeish brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty, some mild toasted notes as well as some pine. Flavour is crystal, caramel, fruity, yeasty and herbal.

(Bottle at FatPhil - courtesy of rosenbergh) Poured dirty brown without any head. Aroma was hoppy, fruity and malty. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, hops, fruitiness, grapefruit, bit of home brew and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, hoppy and bitter.
