33cl bottle as a gift. Pours clear deep golden with a modest, dissipating head. Malty and somewhat caramelly aroma with lightly spicy notes and hints of ripe fruits and yeast. Medium sweet with mild fruity, caramelly and slightly spicy flavours. Less sweet than expected and a certain bitterness to balance. Enjoyable.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, perfume, moderate yeasty, anis seed. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, anis seed, spicy, sweet yeast, sweet fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121215]
