Draught @ SOPP Helsinki 2012, Finland.Light unclear light to medium yellow orange colour with a huge, creamy, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, flowers, elderflowers. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet malt - fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120726]

Draught at SOPP, Helsinki. Hazy pale golden, small creamy head. Sourish yoghurt aroma. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Yoghurt and summer flowers, some nordic berries. Low bitterness.

(Draught at SOPP’12) The beer poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had green apples and hint of grain. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were green apples, tarness, metallicness and bitterness. Aftertaste had green apples and bitterness. A beer the fermentation of which didn’t finish properly.

Draught (4,4%) @ Kahdet Kasvot
Light and slightly sweet aroma with some peaches, hay, hints of citron and bitter herbs. Flavour is strong on rather tart citron that gets even stronger towards the somewhat watery finish. Hints of peaches and hay on some sips. A bit unusual and rather straightforward. Too much citron for me here.

Draught@SOPP Turku 2012. yellowish golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is herbal, honeylike sweetness and mild grassyness. Flavour is grassy, herbal and some sweet maltyness. Some slight yeastyness in the finish.

Slightly hazy yellow color, good steady white head. Peppery-grainy, a bit "green" aroma. Weird. Light-bodied. Slightly grainy flavor with light tart note, light hops and fruityness. Although an ale, feels a bit like a German kellerbier.

Smell of malts, bread. Hazy pale yellow colour. Sweet, watery, some floral aroma in aftertaste.
