330ml bottle from BeerRitz, Leeds. Hazy golden amber colour, thin white head leaving some lacing and aroma of peach & citrus. Taste is caramel with grassy citrus hop, underlined with a lingering dry bitterness through to the finish. Soapy mouth feel with soft carbonation. Quite OK.

33cl bottle from Microbar, Manchester. Pours slightly hazy orange to amber with an off-white head. Hoppy and fruity aroma with peaches, citrus, caramel and hints of pine and spices. Medium sweet and quite fruity with a dry and quite bitter finish with lots of citrus. Medium body and lively carbonation. A tad to sweet, but nice and refreshing.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, dark citrus, grapefruit, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark citrus, hoppy, tropical fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121215]

Keg at th Cock Tavern, London. Pours clear, red-gold with a slight, white cream head. Nose holds a bit of toasty pine, light bread, some berries. Medium sweet flavour with orange, lightly toasted bread, berries, plums, golden raisins, light pine. Medium bodies with average to high carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, some lightly toasted bread, faint piney hops, some orange citrus. It’s a pleasant beer, but that’s just about the highest praise I can muster.
