Leicht bananiger, frisch-hefiger Geruch.

Hell hefiger Antrunk, wenig herb. Bitterer werdend, die Heftigkeit steigert sich leicht. Milder im Mittelteil, zaghaft hopfig. Auf Dauer etwas langweilig. 11/8/9/8//8

Bottled. Pale hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is banana, some wheat, yeast, mild herbal notes as well as some toffeeish and citrusy notes. Flavour is being rather similar in a very nice balance. Quite a good body for being 4.7 %.

Draught at the brewery
Muddy blond color. Nice aroma, not only wheat, but also light citrus fruits and hop, very delicate. Good wheat flavor, with a sharp spicy character. Correct bitterness. A good Hefeweizen.
